8 Week Weight Loss Challenge

Join our weight loss challenge to jumpstart your fitness journey. Compete against others for a chance to win a cash prize and receive nutrition tips and a meal plan example to keep you motivated. All that is required on your end is your eagerness to lose that weight and bring a positive attitude! a gym is not required for this challenge but it IS encouraged that physical activity is done. It is expected that the participant submit their weigh -ins at the end of each week and submit progress pictures to assess how each individual did! You can submit both via the online discussions portion of the challenge OR privately by simply emailing me at coaching@koryb-fit.comOur community of supportive individuals will help you achieve your weight loss goals!
