Life gets messy. Work, kids, stress, schedules — and your routine starts slipping. But progress doesn’t require perfect conditions. It just requires priorities.
1. Focus on consistency, not duration
A 20-minute workout done consistently beats a long session you never do.
2. Keep training simple
Stick to squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, and carries. You don’t need fancy.
3. Walk — seriously
When everything else fails, walking keeps momentum alive.
4. Don’t let one bad week turn into quitting
Restarting is a skill. Use it often.
You can train through busy seasons. You just need to adjust the expectations, not the goal.
If your schedule is chaotic and you need a plan that adapts to real life, not a perfect one on paper, I can help.
My coaching programs are built for busy people who still want to make progress.
